就金石杂谈所知，该券商2024年营收利润均降，整体盈利不足20亿。不过，2025年一季度净利润增长超50%。

在当下时点研究所还能大肆花费营销费用，说明其研究所收入应该很可观。金石杂谈统计wind数据发现，2021年至2023年体量在3亿左右，确实在稳定增长，但是在2024年下滑至2.11亿，下滑比例32.37%。

这个下滑比例其实并不高，原因是2024年执行了公募新规，分仓佣金从万八到万五。而该研究所从7.5下降至5.1，下滑比例也在30%左右。如果扣除政策性分仓佣金的下降，该研究所收入其实并未下降。

研究所收入的稳定，使得该券商2024年以来大肆招兵买马，财通、招商、国联民生、天风证券以及国投证券分析师、首席、副所长，甚至有首席带着团队加入。
