路透北京5月30日 - 根据路透查阅的一封内部信，半导体设计软件公司新思科技（Synopsys） SNPS.O 已通知中国员工停止在中国的服务和销售，并停止接受新订单，以遵守美国新的出口限制规则。
路透周三援引熟悉内情的人士的话 报道称，美国已下令大批企业停止在缺乏许可证的情况下向中国出口货物，并吊销了已授予某些供应商的许可证。他们说，受影响的产品包括半导体设计软件和化学品。nL6S3S00ZR
Synopsys周四暂停了其年度和季度预测，之前收到美国商务部工业与安全局的一封信，通知该公司与中国有关的新出口限制。
该公司周五发给中国员工的内部信中说："根据我们的初步解读，这些新的限制措施广泛禁止在中国销售我们的产品和服务，自 2025 年 5 月 29 日起生效。"
为了确保合规性，Synopsys 表示将阻止在中国的销售和执行，并停止新的订单，直到收到进一步的澄清。
信中还补充说，这些措施将影响中国的所有客户，包括在中国工作的全球客户员工，以及任何地方的中国军方用户。
Synopsys针对新的限制措施所采取的这些措施此前未见报道。
