Odaily星球日报讯 彭博分析师 James Seyffart 在 X 平台表示，REX Shares 已提交 Solana 和以太坊质押 ETF 的招股说明书，预计将在未来几周内于美国市场上市。这些基金为《1940 年法案》下的产品，采用 C 型公司结构，而非传统的 19b-4 流程。“这可能是获得 SEC 某种程度批准的一种方式。”Seyffart 指出，ETF 将通过开曼子公司获得 SOL 与 ETH 现货敞口，并称“这是为使这些产品上市所采用的一系列巧妙法律与监管规避策略”。Seyffart 还表示：“即使未来有更高效的结构出现，这可能是第一个上线的方式。”
