New World Development Co. Ltd. has demonstrated robust growth in its property business, both in Hong Kong and Mainland China. As of May 2025, the company achieved HK$24.8 billion in total contracted sales, reaching over 95% of its annual sales target. In Hong Kong, the ultra-luxury residential project "DEEP WATER PAVILIA" on Hong Kong Island South successfully sold 19 units within three days, generating over HK$1.1 billion. In Mainland China, the company raised its annual contracted sales target from RMB 11 billion to RMB 14 billion, with over 95% of this revised target met by May. Notably, "THE SILLAGE" in Guangzhou and "Shenyang THE PARKSVILLE" in Shenyang ranked highly in sales. Additionally, New World Development signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement with the Shanghai Huangpu District People's Government to promote the Huaihai Road business district, marking the return of K11 to Shanghai with the new 'K11 ELYSEA,' which features offices, a shopping mall, and an art centre.
