TEAMWAY INTL GP(01239.HK) 公布，其间接全资附属和景包装，接获原告人德阳农村商业银行股份有限公司罗江支行向四川省德阳市罗江区人民法院提交的民事起诉状。申索乃关于根据原告人作为贷款方，与和景包装就最多1,200万元人民币(下同)的贷款融资所订立的协议，向和景包装垫付的贷款。
根据起诉状，原告人寻求法院命令和景包装即时偿还贷款的未偿还本金额597.78万元，连同累计利息5,454.72元以及其后直至全数偿还贷款日期的利息；及判令给予原告人位于四川省德阳市罗江区金山镇工业园区幸福路西段1号厂房的四处处所之优先权，该等处所乃和景包装根据贷款协议以原告人利益就贷款所抵押的抵押品。
于今年5月15日，法院发出民事调解书，据此，原告人及和景包装同意，和景包装须于5月19日前全数偿还贷款的未偿还本金额及累计利息。目前和景包装尚未偿还贷款的未偿还本金额及累计利息。和景包装现正寻求法律意见，并就偿还贷款的未偿还本金额及累计利息之清偿安排积极协商。
