富瑞发表报告指，在主要股东变更后(德弘资本于2025年1月1日收购阿里巴巴持有的公司股份)，高鑫零售正按计划改造其业务，2026财年专注于销售规模和绝对毛利。鉴于宏观不确定性，2026财年的重点是保持稳定趋势，为未来更强劲的增长做准备。
里昂发表发布研报称，高鑫零售截至3月底止上财年下半年扭亏为盈，由2024财年下半年的亏损12亿元人民币，扭转至2025财年下半年的净利润1.99亿元人民币，并于2025财年慷慨派息15亿元人民币，意味着派息率高达368%。管理层优先考虑销售扩张而非毛利率扩张，但仍预测2026财年经营利润率将因积极的规模效应及不断改善的经营效率而实现扩张。
