大摩表示，5月24日以来社交媒体上关于可复美的质疑可能影响了消费者信心，截至发稿时尚未解决。公司已对这些评论作出回应。该行认为，巨子生物将发布更多由独立机构进行的证据和测试结果，以澄清消费者的担忧。回顾2022-23年，其重组胶原蛋白成分也曾在社交媒体上受到负面评价，但该公司最终通过创新和产品赢得并保留了消费者的信任。
