智通财经APP讯，宏基资本(02288)发布公告，于2025年5月30日(交易时段后)，买方金盈香港投资有限公司(公司间接全资附属公司)与卖方加宇投资有限公司订立该协议，内容有关买卖该物业，代价为4759.44万港元，须待本公告所载条款及条件达成后方可作实。
该物业包括(i)宏基汇29楼，(ii)宏基汇的保留区域，(iii)宏基汇地库1楼M1、M2及M3号电单车停车位，及宏基汇地库1楼P1、P2、P3、P4及P8号办公室停车位。
