华润医疗签署丰台物业租赁协议 总租金777万元
华润医疗（01515）发布公告，宣布于2025年5月29日与华润置地弘景丰台分公司签订了一系列租赁协议，租用位于北京市丰台区的若干物业作为集团的办公室。根据国际财务报告准则第16号，预计应支付的租金将确认约684万元的使用权资产。此次交易构成公司的关联交易，因华润集团间接持有华润置地59.55%的股权。
租赁协议的总租金约为777万元，包含6%的增值税，并参考了周边区域的租金水平。租赁期限为2025年6月1日至2027年6月30日，协议中各承租方享有三个月的免租期。每月租金将按租赁协议规定的时间进行支付，且管理费用为21元/平方米。租赁保证金为84万元，未按时支付费用可能会从保证金中扣除。
