【易华录：拟5亿元转让控股子公司国富瑞31.77%】金十数据5月30日讯，易华录晚间公告，公司拟以非公开协议转让方式向中电科投资控股有限公司转让持有的控股子公司国富瑞数据系统有限公司31.77%的股权，转让对价为5亿元。本次转让前，公司持有国富瑞53.98%股权；本次转让完成后，公司和电科投资分别持有国富瑞22.20%、31.77%股权，其他股东持股比例不变。本次转让完成后，公司将通过与华录资本控股有限公司签署《一致行动人协议》取得其持有的国富瑞7.5%的表决权，并通过电科投资委托的国富瑞21.3%的表决权，合计控制国富瑞51%的股东表决权，因此，国富瑞仍为公司控股子公司。
