智通财经APP讯，亨利加集团(03638)发布公告，于2025年5月30日，买方Lead Polestar Limited(公司全资附属公司)与卖方浩运投资发展有限公司订立股份转让协议，据此，买方已有条件同意收购而卖方已有条件同意出售销售股份(相当于目标公司全部已发行股本的82%)，代价为140万港元，将以现金结算。
目标公司维港财富管理有限公司主要于香港从事提供财富管理及保险服务。其业务包括提供财富管理、人寿保险、投资挂钩储蓄计划、重大疾病及健康保险以及一般保险服务。
公司认为，目标公司正在进行的业务具有巨大发展潜力，可为集团提供新的收入来源。董事相信，收购事项将为集团于香港扩展其金融服务业务提供机会，并认为股份转让协议的条款属公平合理及按一般商业条款订立，因此订立股份转让协议符合公司及股东的整体利益。
