智通财经APP讯，大同集团(00544)公布，欧达威先生和冯华高先生已向董事会提交了书面辞职信。欧达威先生和冯华高先生为了将更多时间投入到各自的其他商业承诺和工作安排，各自均已辞去公司非执行董事职务。
何汉忠先生自2025年5月30日起，因年龄及希望投入更多时间于个人发展，退任执行董事、公司署理行政总裁、以及根据上市规则第3.05条项下要求的公司授权代表及根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部的规定，代表公司在香港接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表的职务。何汉忠先生于辞任后，其将不再担任该公司及其附属公司任何职务。
同日起，执行董事及行政总裁冯柏基先生已获委任取代何汉忠先生担任授权代表的职务。董事会委任非执行董事关雅颂女士为公司提名委员会新任成员。董事会指定独立非执行董事梁志雄先生担任首席独立非执行董事一职。
