智通财经APP讯，易大宗(01733)发布公告，于2025年5月29日，象晖能源的全资附属公司象晖能源(额济纳旗)与指定银行签订了融资合同，指定银行向象晖能源(额济纳旗)提供本金不超过人民币5000万元的银行授信。就该银行授信，象屿股份同意就融资合同项下象晖能源(额济纳旗)所需承担的所有责任和义务向指定银行提供企业担保并签订一份银行担保合同。象晖能源由本公司及象屿股份分别持有49%及51%。
于2025年5月30日，本公司与象屿股份订立反担保合同，本公司同意按其持有的象晖能源49%股权比例，就银行担保合同项下象屿股份就银行授信可能向指定银行支付的相应比例的担保金额以及任何应计利息，违约金、赔偿及其他相关费用及开支，向象屿股份提供金额总计人民币2695万元的反担保。
为进一步拓展象晖能源(额济纳旗)蒙煤贸易业务，合约双方通过反担保及相关交易文件下的安排，给予象晖能源(额济纳旗)充足的运营资金的支持。
反担保经董事会审议批准，一致同意，概无任何董事于反担保项下交易中存在任何重大利益。
