Xylem's Pure-Play Prospects Win It a Bull -- Market Talk

Dow Jones
30 May

0812 ET - JPMorgan starts coverage of Xylem with an overweight rating, calling the pure-play water-technology company a "winner in the world of water." In a note, JPMorgan says Xylem is an attractive core long-term holding for industrial and sustainability focused investors seeking exposure to resilient and diversified water end markets, many of which carry multi-decade secular tailwinds. JPMorgan sets a year-end price target of $148 on Xylem shares and says currently trading at a discount to historical averages, we view current trading levels represent an attractive entry point. Xylem up 0.5% premarket to $126.30. (colin.kellaher@wsj.com)
