C&D Newin Paper & Pulp Corporation Limited has announced changes in its management team. Mr. Zhao has resigned as an independent non-executive Director, as well as chairman of both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees, effective 31 May 2025. Mr. Chen will be appointed to replace him in these roles on the same date.
