【中红医疗：拟投资5.57亿元建设手套生产线项目】金十数据5月30日讯，中红医疗公告，公司于2025年5月30日召开第四届董事会第八次会议和第四届监事会第七次会议，审议通过了《关于投资建设手套生产线项目的议案》。为提高资金使用效率，增强综合竞争力，同意投资建设SEA2生产基地一期10条丁腈手套生产线项目，本项目总投资额为人民币5.57亿元，其中使用超募资金不超过2.79亿元。项目建设周期为18个月，预计不含建设期的投资回收期约为6.01年至7.76年，投资报酬率约为7.59%至11.33%。本项目符合公司战略发展规划，有利于拓展海外业务，进一步提高公司综合竞争实力。
