智通财经APP讯，美因基因(06667)发布公告，于2025年5月23日，本公司从联交所收到以下复牌指引(复牌指引)：
(i) 就本公司日期为2025年4月1日及2025年4月22日的公告所披露有关基因检测试剂盒业务确认收入以及推广开支及预付款的审计问题(审计问题)进行适当的独立法证调查，评估对本公司业务营运及财务状况的影响，公布调查结果，并采取适当的补救措施;
(ii) 证明对本集团管理层及/或对本公司管理及营运具有重大影响力的任何人士的诚信、能力及/或品格并无合理的监管疑虑，以致可能对投资者构成风险及损害市场信心;
(iii) 进行独立内部控制审核，证明本公司已制定充足的内部控制及程序，以履行其上市规则项下的义务;
(iv) 刊发上市规则规定的所有尚未刊发的财务业绩，并处理任何审计修改;
(v) 确认公司的操作符合上市规则13.24;及
(vi) 向市场公布所有重大信息，以供本公司股东及其他投资者评估其状况。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
