中农海稻作为国内耐盐硷作物技术研发与产业化应用的领军企业，其掌握的核心技术与丰富资源为集团业务布局提供了坚实基础，若本次收购顺利完成，双方将在盐硷地生态治理、耐盐硷作物种植、碳汇资产开发等多领域实现深度协同，有望大幅提升集团在绿色低碳转型中的核心竞争力，为集团在全球碳中和赛道上奠定坚实基础，带来长期稳定的业务增长和财务回报，巩固集团及公司股东的整体利益。
