2025年5月28日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，广州开发区投资集团有限公司2024年面向专业投资者公开发行可续期公司债券(第一期)跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持公司债项上次评级结论，中诚信国际肯定了广州开发区政治经济地位重要，经济总量和人均GDP稳定保持在全国领先水平，潜在的支持能力很强；广州开发区投资集团有限公司（以下简称“公司”或“广开投资”）在推进区域轨道交通建设、重大产业投资、产业园区开发等方面发挥着重要作用，股权结构和业务开展均与区政府具有高度的关联性，广州经济技术开发区管理委员会（以下简称“开发区管委会”）对公司的支持意愿强；公司战略地位显著且获得了开发区管委会的强力支持，主要产业投资项目符合国家政策导向，对区域核心产业发展具有重要战略意义，经营性业务拓展取得一定成效。同时，需关注公司盈利能力有待提升，债务规模增长较快，仍面临一定的资本支出压力等事项对经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
