长实集团(01113.HK) 与港铁(00066.HK) 合作的香港仔黄竹坑站港岛南岸第3C期Blue Coast II，今日(29日)推出23伙四房双套连储物房及洗手间单位，将以招标形式发售，当中22伙可以相邻单位A和B室一对认购，合共约2,500方呎。
Blue Coast II早前以招标形式售出的四房户，为3座25楼B室，实用面积1,224方呎，成交价3,342万元，实用呎价27,304元。
长江实业营业部首席经理郭子威表示，近日接获多宗关于Blue Coast II相邻单位的查询，表示有意打造巨型豪宅，加上Blue Coast II属短楼花期项目，认为不论投资或自住均属最佳选择。
长江实业副首席经理(营业)杨桂玲称，发展商特意于红磡置富都会售楼处，增设两个位处第3座A和B室的全新四房模型供参考，让准买家可更清楚了解户型。
