格隆汇5月29日｜中国领先的客户互动和营销科技服务商——极光（NASDAQ：JG），公布了截至2025年3月31日第一季度未经审计的财报。

第一季度，极光的海外业务站上新的台阶，EngageLab累计合同额破亿，仅第一季度的合同签约额就超过6300万元，这一数字超过上一季度的累积合同金额。

同时，极光在传统淡季实现亮眼的业绩，总收入达8900万元，同比增长38%，其中订阅服务收入为5350万元，同比增长26%；经调整息税折旧摊销前利润（Adjusted EBITDA）已实现连续七个季度盈利，净利润指标也进一步转好，预示着全面盈利即将到来。

此外，还值得注意的是：

1）EngageLab客户群已覆盖全球40个国家和地区，较上一季度新进3个国家和地区，客户数量扩张至848家；GPTBots.ai也在持续赋能集团业务，彰显出“出海 + AI 赋能”双轮驱动战略的深化。

2）极光的增值服务收入达到880万元，同比增长269%；行业应用业务收入为2670万元，同、环比大幅增长35%和20%，达到近十五个季度最高。

3）极光的总毛利润达到5880万元，同、环比增长27%和4%，创下过去九个季度最高水平。

4）极光代表客户预付款的递延收入为1.57亿元，再次刷新上市以来历史新高，同时已连续20个季度超过1亿元。
