智通财经APP讯，中国天瑞水泥(01252)发布公告，于本公告日期，公司仍在协助核数师收集资料及文件，以便核数师完成有关2024全年业绩的审核工作，当中包括但不限于(i)若干期初综合调整的计算过程及证明文件;(ii)有关预付供应商的款项收回计划的若干证明文件;(iii)评估集团持续经营的能力;及(iv)有关后续事件审阅程序的若干文件。
根据公司目前可获取的资料，并考虑到完成2024全年业绩审核所需的估计时间，预期2024全年业绩将于2025年6月20日前刊发，惟须待完成与核数师协定的所有审核工作后方可作实。于刊发2024全年业绩后，预期2024年年报将于2025年7月18日前刊发。
