China Traditional Chinese Medicine Holdings Co. Limited announced the retirement of its auditor, Ernst & Young (E&Y), due to regulatory requirements limiting the duration an accounting firm can provide auditing services to central state-owned enterprises and their subsidiaries. As a subsidiary of China National Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., the company is subject to these regulations. E&Y had not yet commenced audit work for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, and the Board confirmed that this change would not significantly impact the annual audit and results release. The company is actively seeking a suitable replacement and will announce the new auditor when appointed.
