智通财经APP讯，中国中药(00570)发布公告，公司的最终控股股东中国医药集团有限公司(“国药集团”)是一家受国务院国有资产监督管理委员会监管的中央企业。中华人民共和国财政部及国资委的相关规定对会计师事务所连续承担同一家中央企业及其附属公司财务决算审计业务的年限有一定限制。
鉴于公司为国药集团的附属公司及受限于上述轮换规定，因此，安永会计师事务所将于其当前任期届满后于公司应届股东周年大会结束时退任公司核数师，且不会于股东周年大会重聘为公司核数师。
