ESR(01821.HK) 公布，林明伦已辞任公司首席财务官职务，而集团首席运营官Matthew Lawson已获委任为首席财务官，两者均自2025年6月1日起生效。
林氏将以集团顾问的身份继续留任集团，直至年底为止，以协助工作顺利过渡。
公告指，在出任集团首席运营官前，Matthew Lawson曾任ESR澳大利亚的首席财务官，负责管理财务、企业发展、库务及资讯科技部门，并拥有20多年领导全球房地产投资及亚太地区金融服务公司的经验。
