BlockBeats 消息，5 月 30 日，Foresightnews 发布题为《深陷舆论风暴，HashKey 怎么了？》的文章，该文中曝出 HashKey 账上差不多仅剩半年现金流，同时 HashKey 近期展开了大规模裁员，三分之一的员工被解雇，一些 IT 供应商被延迟付款甚至解约。
对此，HashKey 集团官方发布声明回应：“Foresightnews 发布的文章故意误导公众，试图损害我们的声誉。这种恶意行为不仅令人谴责，还暴露了其背后的资本关联和不道德的竞争动机。Foresight News 与 OSL 交易平台之间存在潜在的资本关联。公开信息表明，OSL 的母公司 BC 科技于 2023 年 11 月宣布接受 BGX 集团的投资，而该集团的实际控制人同时也是 Foresight Ventures 的创始人。交易完成后，BGX 集团持有 BC 科技 29.97% 的股份，成为其最大股东。
HashKey 集团在此声明，所有业务运营均正常进行，业务活动严格遵守监管要求，稳步推进。通过资本影响力操纵舆论的行为严重违背商业道德，破坏了行业内的公平竞争。我们强烈谴责 Foresight News 的恶意报道，并已启动全面调查。此外，HashKey 集团将对相关责任方采取一切必要的法律行动，以保护我们的合法权益。”
