5月30日，联合资信公布评级报告，海南京粮控股股份有限公司2023年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，跟踪期内，海南京粮控股股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）作为地方大型国有食品加工企业，在品牌知名度和研发能力等方面仍保持竞争优势，管理制度连续。2024年，公司油脂油料加工、油脂油料贸易及食品加工经营格局保持稳定，受市场供大于求影响，核心业务收入规模及综合盈利水平同比均有所下降，利润总额发生小幅亏损；主要在建项目将于2025年进入集中投资阶段，建成投产后或将提升公司盈利能力。财务方面，截至2024年底，公司资产规模保持增长，受经营特征影响存货（以油脂油料为主）和其他应收款规模很大，需关注跌价风险；有息债务略有增长，债务负担可控；经营活动现金流量净额波动较大且2024年转为净流出，经营获现能力有所弱化；偿债指标表现有所减弱，但仍处于良好水平。北京首农食品集团有限公司（以下简称“首农食品集团”）为“23京粮01”提供的担保对债券的偿付有极强的保障，可显著提升其信用水平。
