智通财经APP讯，金风科技(02208)发布公告，公司执行董事刘日新先生、独立非执行董事杨剑萍女士及魏炜先生任期至股东周年大会选举产生第九届董事会为止，并不再连任第九届董事会董事。
董事会提议于股东周年大会再次选举武钢先生、曹志刚先生为执行董事，高建军先生、杨丽迎女士及张旭东先生为非执行董事，曾宪芬先生为独立非执行董事。此外，提议于股东周年大会选举刘登清先生、苗兆光先生为独立非执行董事。
