新浪科技讯 5月30日下午消息，近日，香港立法会通过《稳定币条例草案》（以下简称《条例》）。以该条例为基础，香港将正式设立法币稳定币发行人的发牌制度。京东币链科技于2024年7月入选香港金管局公布的首批“稳定币沙盒”参与者。

　　京东币链科技CEO刘鹏介绍，京东稳定币是一种基于公链并与港元（HKD）或美元（USD）等法币1：1挂钩的稳定币。第一阶段暂定发行的是港元和美元锚定的稳定币，具体情况基于监管及市场需求而调整。京东稳定币定位不局限于服务京东自身生态，而是致力于为全球的企业及个人提供更高效、更经济、更安全的支付基础设施。

　　他表示，“当前，京东稳定币还没有正式发行，目前已经进入沙盒测试第二阶段，我们将面向零售和机构提供移动端及PC端应用产品。测试场景主要包括跨境支付、投资交易、零售支付等。”

　　刘鹏谈到，“同时我们也希望提醒公众，目前京东稳定币尚未正式发行，并没有渠道可以购买京东稳定币。此类信息皆为误导诈骗信息。”

　　他透露，“合规安全是市场接受和认可京东稳定币的基础，也是我们稳定币展业的优势之一。我们始终将安全、合规和风险管控置于首位，并将严格遵循香港及其他监管区域稳定币条例、反洗钱条例以及相关监管法规，通过三道防线的机制保障安全与合规，建立涵盖链上追踪、实时交易监控、全额储备资产托管、第三方审计、智能合约审计等措施在内的立体化风控体系。”（闫妍）
