Ernest Borel Holdings Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 29 May 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were considered and approved. The shareholders received, considered, and adopted the audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of the directors and independent auditor for the year ended 31 December 2024. BDO Limited was re-appointed as the independent auditor until the next AGM, with the Board authorized to fix its remuneration. A general mandate was granted to the Directors to allot, issue, and deal with the Company's shares, as well as a mandate to buy back shares. Additionally, an extension of the general mandate to allot shares was approved, incorporating the total number of shares to be bought back. All proposals were duly passed as ordinary resolutions.
