智通财经APP获悉，标普全球评级(S&P Global Ratings)数据显示，西班牙桑坦德银行(SAN.US)已超越英国巴克莱银行(BCS.US)，成为欧洲最大的重大风险转移证券(SRTs)发行商。
根据标普基于去年底40家欧洲银行披露数据的报告，桑坦德银行的重大风险转移证券留存额超过700亿欧元，而巴克莱银行的留存额约为600亿欧元。
另据标普去年11月发布的一份报告，截至2024年6月，巴克莱银行的此类留存份额超过600亿欧元，为当时欧洲银行中最高。
为估算这类非公开协商交易的规模，标普使用了银行资产负债表中留存并在监管文件中披露的优先份额数据。在欧洲的重大风险转移交易中，这些留存份额通常占参考投资组合的80%-95%。
标普指出，越来越多的银行正通过发行重大风险转移证券管理风险并提升偿付能力比率，且该市场在2025年有望持续增长。截至2024年底，标普样本中的发行机构留存份额较2023年底的约4000亿欧元(4550亿美元)增长15%，达约4600亿欧元(5230亿美元)。
标普分析师理查德·巴恩斯(Richard Barnes)等在一份报告中写道：“尽管地缘政治存在不确定性，但投资者需求依然强劲”，这为银行创造了机会。
