智通财经APP讯，闽信集团(00222)发布公告，于2025年5月29日，国科嘉和(作为普通合伙人)与有限合伙人福建闽信(公司的全资附属公司)及厦门京源订立合伙协议，据此各方同意成立合伙企业。
根据合伙协议，国科嘉和(作为普通合伙人)、福建闽信(作为有限合伙人)及厦门京源(作为有限合伙人)分别出资人民币1万元、6999万元及3000万元。
合伙企业的目的为投资于2018年12月在中国成立的项目公司(北京源堡科技有限公司)，其为一家专门提供数字风险量化模型技术服务的国家级专精特新科技企业。其向保险公司及再保险公司提供包括针对网路安全保险、数据安全保险及其相关产品的模型开发及量化风险控制系统的全面解决方案。
公司积极探索策略性投资机会，以提升其价值并为股东带来可持续的回报，预计项目公司的业务将与集团现有的保险业务产生强大的协同效应。透过投资合伙企业，公司可利用其他合伙人的专业知识及资源，降低投资项目公司带来的直接风险，同时对项目公司的间接投资可优化和加强集团的保险业务，同时创造新的业务增长渠道。
