【新火科技宣布已完成对BitTrade（原火币日本站）的收购】金色财经报道，新火科技控股有限公司（简称“新火科技”，股票代码：1611.HK）发布“非常重大收购及关连交易”公告，称已于二零二五年四月十五日完成对英属处女群岛公司的收购事项，而收购BitTrade销售股份则于二零二五年五月二十九日完成。 收购事项完成后，英属处女群岛公司已成为新火科技的全资附属公司，BitTrade则成为新火科技的间接附属公司，英属处女群岛公司及BitTrade的财务业绩将并入新火科技的财务报表。据悉，新火科技已根据该等协议所载条款向英属处女群岛公司卖方及BitTrade卖方发行代价股份。
