BlockBeats News, May 30, JPMorgan recently stated in a research report that despite Ethereum's ongoing upgrades, its activity has not increased significantly.
The bank noted that since the Dencun upgrade in March 2024, average fees and total fees have decreased, daily transaction volume and active address count have not shown substantial growth. Additionally, the futures positioning indicates that institutions have played a significant role in ETH's recent price surge. Ethereum activated the Pectra upgrade on May 7, aiming to streamline the staking process, enhance wallet functionality, and improve overall efficiency.
