ServiceNow (NOW) is "well positioned" to become the artificial intelligence agent of agents, as its management has highlighted it is "uniquely positioned" to possess all three key requirements, AI, workflow, and data, to achieve the role, RBC said in a Thursday note.

"ServiceNow has the east to west viability across systems with workflow and AI at its core," analysts led by Matthew Hedberg wrote.

The ServiceNow management is also confident it has a "unique" single data model through its Workflow Data Fabric, and since there are "zero" copy connectors, the firm is able to see different varieties of both ServiceNow and non-ServiceNow metadata, according to the analysts.

The software firm is also increasing its focus on the CRM sector, which was supported by the takeover of Logic.ai, the RBC analysts said.

RBC maintained its outperform rating and $1,100 price target on the stock.
