智通财经APP获悉，加科思-B(01167)再涨超7%，年内累计涨幅已超300%。截至发稿，涨6.74%，报5.07港元，成交额1396.85万港元。
消息面上，加科思和艾力斯联合开发的的1类创新药KRAS G12C抑制剂艾瑞凯®(通用名：戈来雷塞)获批上市，适应症为至少经历过一种系统性治疗的KRASG12C突变的非小细胞肺癌。此次获批触发里程碑付款条件，加科思将收到来自合作伙伴艾力斯5000万元里程碑付款。
值得注意的是，加科思的戈来雷塞片、信达生物的氟泽雷塞片和正大天晴的格索雷塞片在获批时间、临床数据、适应症等方面均较为接近，将在商业化层面直接正面交锋。5月22日，艾力斯表示，已组建了专业化的营销团队，将发挥戈来雷塞片的临床治疗优势，扩大适应症的患者覆盖，并积极推动尽快纳入国家医保目录，惠及更多肺癌患者。
