【大疆在深圳湾超级总部基地成功拿地 拟打造智能航空系统产业生态全球总部项目】金十数据5月29日讯，5月28日，深圳公共资源交易中心公布T207-0066宗地出让结果，深圳市大疆创新科技有限公司以22.87亿元竞得。该宗商业用地位于沙河街道深湾二路和白石支一街交叉口东南角，土地面积15657.68平方米，建筑面积188000平方米，使用年限30年。综合楼面单价为12164.89元/平方米。据悉，此次大疆在深圳湾超级总部基地成功拿地，拟打造智能航空系统产业生态全球总部项目。根据规定，竞得人须在《出让合同》签订之日起2.5年内开工，6年内竣工。
