智通财经APP获悉，正通汽车(01728)早盘高开15%，截至发稿，涨15%，报0.138港元，成交额46.29万港元。
消息面上，正通汽车公告称，要约人信达汽车（香港）按照收购守则作出要约，现金要约价每股0.15港元，较上一交易日收盘价0.12港元溢价约25%。公告称，认购完成后，要约人及其一致行动人士持有已发行股份约75%，要约人须按例就所有股份提出强制性全面要约。要约人于要约项下应付之最高现金代价将约为3.76亿港元。
据悉，正通汽车是厦门国贸控股集团有限公司旗下的4S经销店集团。截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司实现新车销售合共55054台，其中中高端品牌汽车销售46756台。新能源新车型销量约5759台，约占年度总销量的10.5%。累计实现汽车售后服务110.21万台次，实现售后服务收入约31.95亿元。
