5月30日金融一线消息，中国人民银行池州市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，池州九华农村商业银行因7项违法行为，被中国人民银行池州市分行警告，并处罚款54.15万元人民币。该行的具体违法行为如下：

　　1．涉农贷款统计有误；

　　2．单位银行结算账户开立未核准；

　　3．未按规定办理网络安全等级保护定级工作；

　　4．未健全全流程数据安全管理制度；

　　5．未按规定设置“待结算财政款项”科目核算经收的预算收入款项；

　　6．占压财政存款或者资金；

　　7．与身份不明的客户进行交易。

　　胡某（时任池州九华农村商业银行股份有限公司府学支行内副行长）对池州九华农村商业银行股份有限公司以下违法违规行为负责：与身份不明的客户进行交易，被罚款人民币1万元。
