5月28日，新世界发展旗下的全球文化品牌K11于淮海路核心地段正式发布重磅项目——K11 ELYSEA。该项目以百年淮海路为舞台，将传统工艺、可持续理念与国际艺术资源融合，以总建筑面积达130,000平方米的空间，重塑上海城市文化商业新格局。
区委书记杲云，区委副书记、区长徐惠丽，副区长沈丹娜，新世界发展执行董事兼行政总裁黄少媚，新世界中国运营总裁陈耀豪，K11中国区首席执行官李伟文及多位文化商业代表共同出席启动仪式，见证双方战略合作协议的签署。
据悉，落子淮海中路的K11 ELYSEA，通过对1940年代的历史建筑“萝邨”的移址重建，为这座融合了包豪斯及西方古典风格的上海现代主义典范注入新活力，打造艺术文化活动新空间。项目与2013年开业的K11品牌内地首作——上海K11购物艺术中心隔街对望，形成“双子星”联动效应，进一步拓展文化商业版图。
在项目首批重点合作意向客户发布的环节中，爱马仕大中华区总裁曹伟明与新加坡立杰律师事务所上海代表处主任乔丽娜出席，并表达了与K11 ELYSEA合作的意向。随着首批意向客户发布，K11 ELYSEA宣告“文化商业3.0时代”的到来。
