美国电信运营商AT&T公司近日宣布与Lumen达成57.5亿美元（约合413.9亿元人民币）交易，收购后者大众市场的光纤资产。

　　AT&T透露，将收购Lumen大众市场光纤业务的“几乎全部”资产，交易为全现金交易。AT&T称，这将显著扩大其在通信基础设施领域的投资。

　　根据AT&T发布的公告，该交易涉及的资产包括约100万名光纤用户，覆盖400万个光纤部署点位。

　　AT&T首席执行官John Stankey表示，该交易将在11个州的城市区域创造就业机会并刺激经济活动：“我们正在引领用光纤连接更多美国人的竞赛，光纤是目前最出色的宽带通信技术。随着光纤建设的推进，我们将为更多社区提供世界级的通信服务，并有望在2030年底前将AT&T光纤的覆盖范围扩大近一倍。”

　　AT&T的公告显示，收购的资产将由一家名为NetworkCo的全新全资子公司持有。据AT&T称，Lumen的企业客户和大众市场的铜缆用户不在此次交易范围内。
