据业内消息人士称，SK海力士的非生产员工工会已与公司管理层展开工资谈判，要求加薪8.25%。

　　据消息人士透露，双方于周三就2025年工资协议举行了第一轮谈判。

　　该工会是SK海力士的两大工会之一，以该公司去年破纪录的业绩为理由，要求将工资和其他福利提高8.25%。

　　2024年，SK海力士和工会同意加薪5.7%。

　　去年，SK海力士凭借高带宽存储器（HBM）等人工智能（AI）芯片的需求增加，实现了19.8万亿韩元的净利润和66.2万亿韩元的销售额。

　　今年早些时候，该公司向员工发放了相当于基本工资1500%的额外奖金。

　　SK海力士每年与非生产员工和生产员工的工会分别进行工资谈判。
