Shouhui Group (HKG:2621) priced its Hong Kong initial public offering Thursday to raise HK$134.2 million in net proceeds from the offering.
The insurer sold 24,358,400 shares at HK$8.08, the top of the price range of as low as HK$6.48.
The Hong Kong portion of the offering was oversubscribed 990 times the 2,436,000 shares on offer. As a result of the oversubscription, 9,743,200 shares from the international offering were reallocated, bringing the final number of offer shares to 12,179,200.
The international portion of the offering was oversubscribed 1.13 times. As a result of the reallocation, the final number of shares was 12,179,200.
Cornerstone investors HiTai (Hong Kong) and Taller industrial subscribed for 6,071,200 shares, or 24.92% of the number of shares on offer.
Shares will begin trading on the stock exchange on Friday.
