Cycurion (CYCU) said Thursday that it received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq on May 22 for failing to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission in a timely manner.
The company has 60 days to submit a plan to regain compliance.
