(2)田下裕一先生由2025年5月30日起停任为筿﨑英臣先生的替任董事。
(3)畠中俊明先生将于2025年5月31日起获委任为公司的非执行董事。
(4)田下裕一先生将于2025年5月31日起获委任为畠中俊明先生的替任董事。
(5)朱永耀先生将于2025年5月31日起获委任为公司的独立非执行董事及审核委员会成员。
