Top Bright Holding (TPE:8499) board approved the acquisition of a 51% stake in Changzhou VSI Technology, via its unit Longyoung Electronics, for 120 million yuan.
The stake will be bought from Ningbo Xinguang Shuanglian, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The acquisition aims to expand Longyoung's R&D in polymer materials and enhance customer integration and product development, electronic materials manufacturer added.
