纽约一家法院认定有足够证据，允许西班牙制药公司基立福（Grifols）对卖空机构哥谭市研究公司（Gotham City Research）提起的诽谤诉讼继续进行。
根据周四公布的裁决，纽约南区联邦地区法院驳回了哥谭市研究公司要求驳回诉讼的请求，但通过驳回部分诉求缩小了案件范围。
法院认为，有足够证据表明哥谭市研究公司关于基立福未披露向斯克兰顿企业（Scranton Enterprises）提供 9500 万美元贷款的指控构成诽谤，但驳回了基立福关于不当得利和非法干预的诉求。
2024 年 1 月，此前曾做空基立福股票的哥谭市研究公司发布报告，指控该公司夸大收益、低估债务。基立福否认了这些指控，但报告发布后其市值蒸发约三分之一。
做空是指借入股票并卖出，希望以更低价格买回以获利的行为。
哥谭市研究公司未立即回应置评请求。
