智通财经APP讯，信源企业集团(01748)发布公告，于2025年5月26日，公司收到联交所的信函，其中列出以下复牌指引以供股份恢复买卖：
(a)对声称以两名股东名义发出的投诉信及该公告中的每项指控(该等指控)进行适当的独立法证调查、评估其真实性、准确性、实质及对公司业务营运及财务状况的影响、公布调查结果，并采取适当的补救措施;
(b)根据上市规则的规定刊发所有未公布的财务业绩并处理任何审计修改;
(c)证明集团的管理层及╱或对公司管理及营运有重大影响的任何人士的诚信、能力及╱或品格并无合理的监管疑虑，可能对投资者构成风险及损害市场信心;
(d)进行独立内部控制审查，并证明公司已建立足够的内部控制及程序，以符合其在上市规则项下的责任;
(e)证明公司已遵守第13.24条;
(f)告知市场所有重要资讯，以便公司股东及其他投资者评估公司状况。
