BlockBeats 消息，5 月 29 日，据 The Block 报道，俄罗斯银行周三宣布，目前允许金融机构向合格投资者提供与加密货币价格挂钩的金融衍生品、证券和数字金融资产。
值得注意的是，俄罗斯央行在周三的公告中表示，允许此类发行的条件是，这些发行必须是“不可交割的”，这意味着投资者可以接触加密货币价格波动，但无法接触实际的数字资产。
俄罗斯央行在公告中表示：“建议信贷机构采取保守的方法来评估与这些工具相关的风险：为其提供全额资本覆盖，并为其设定单独的限额。”并补充说，今年将对此类风险提供进一步的指导。
