BlockBeats News, May 29th, the United States International Trade Court ruled on Wednesday that the decision to stop Trump's tariffs can be appealed to the United States Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., and ultimately appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court. Oregon Attorney General Dan Reingold stated that Trump's tariffs were illegal and reckless, causing devastating damage to the economy, and his office is leading the states' litigation. Reingold said in a statement, "This ruling reaffirms that American law is paramount, and trade decisions cannot be made on a whim by the president." The White House has not yet responded.
